  • The most important thing I learned before high school was:  To say 'thank you'.

  • Best advice ever given to you:  I have been given a lot of advice over the years, but when I started in the business in 1984 my Dad told me that I would not necessarily know immediately what good I did for someone that day.  However, if I hurt somone in my working relationship with them, it would come back to bite me either tomorrow or the next day or sometime in the future.  So, that is part of the motto I have tried to live by is that if nothing else, I will tell  the truth in my dealings with them.
